Joe Nobrega

Joe Nobrega has been a cornerstone of KWL’s design team since 1981, serving as a Senior Design Technologist in the Civil Infrastructure Sector.  A skilled designer with four decades of experience, Joe’s expertise encompasses many civil and mechanical projects, from water supply systems and pump stations to site servicing for commercial and residential developments and wastewater treatment facilities.

In recent years, Joe has expanded his responsibilities to include inspection and project management services.  His transition to this role has been seamless, thanks to his comprehensive understanding of the design process and meticulous approach to quality control.  This dual expertise in design and management enables him to ensure that every project he oversees meets the highest standards.
