Experience

Crystal Campbell is a Principal at KWL.  She has 30 years of consulting experience in stormwater and drainage engineering.  She has extensive experience with Integrated Stormwater Management Planning (ISMP), both in developing the Metro Vancouver’s ISMP Terms of Reference Template 2002, 2005 and in applying it to many watersheds in southeastern B.C.  She is well-versed in low impact development techniques and source controls having contributed to the development of Metro Vancouver’s Stormwater Source Control Preliminary Design Guidelines, 2005 and updating the Stormwater Chapter of DFO’s Land Development Guidelines.
