Brett Barker has over 20 years of field, office and management experience in forestry road construction, general civil contracting and engineering consulting.  Brett specializes in contract administration, construction management and quality assurance while providing additional support in civil infrastructure planning, design and implementation. He holds a diploma in civil engineering technology.
