Master Planning for Musqueam Reserve 2

Project Highlights

Musqueam Indian Band (MIB) plans for future xʷməθkʷəy̓əm generations by building on the existing Comprehensive Community Plan 2018 and Land Use Plan 2014.  KWL was part of a multi-disciplinary consulting team retained to prepare a community-driven Master Plan for future development and preservation of Musqueam Reserve #2.

Community design workshops ensure design solutions developed through the project align with xʷməθkʷəy̓əm goals and values.

KWL’s work scope includes preparing the civil sections of the Master Plan, including conceptual design drawings, draft engineering standards, bylaws, and draft policy toolkits.
