We are an employee owned engineering consulting firm and aim to stay that way. Almost half of our employees are shareholders. KWL began as a partnership with four employees working out of the basement of one of the founders in North Vancouver. Today, we have 200+ people in six offices in Canada: Burnaby, Calgary, Victoria, Vernon, Nelson, and Yukon.
