Adelle Roberge

Adelle Roberge is a Water Resources Engineer specializing in Mine Water Management at Kerr Wood Leidal.  With a passion for sustainability and environmental preservation, Adelle is dedicated to ensuring the responsible management of water resources for future generations.  Her love for the outdoors, including hiking, biking, swimming, and camping, drives her commitment to preserving the natural beauty of our world.  As a mother of two girls, she instills the importance of independence and determination in her work.  Adelle’s strong background in Civil/Environmental Engineering, coupled with her expertise in geotechnical and hydrotechnical components, enables her to develop innovative strategies for water management in the mining industry.  Since joining KWL in 2022, she has played a vital role in optimizing water resources and implementing effective mitigation measures.  Adelle’s expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence and environmental stewardship ensure the successful delivery of projects.
