In the industry since 1991, Colin Kristiansen is a seasoned professional in consulting and municipal environments.  As a leader, he has spearheaded multiple successful teams in the planning, designing, and constructing municipal infrastructure.  Colin holds a master’s degree in business administration specializing in land use and sustainable development, demonstrating his commitment to environmentally conscious practices.

Before joining the consulting industry, Colin was the Manager of Engineering Services for the City of Chilliwack.  In this role, he reported to City Council, Public Advisory Committees, and Directors on critical projects, land developments, operations, capital plans, and policy issues.  Colin has also contributed to the academic sphere, instructing courses at BCIT on hydrology and hydraulics and at UBC on contract documents.  His courses covered the assessment of watersheds, land use impacts, and water and stormwater infrastructure design, demonstrating his expertise in the field.
