Crystal Campbell is a Principal at KWL and is a highly experienced engineer and project manager with over 30 years of consulting experience.  She specializes in integrated watershed management, stormwater, master drainage engineering, and flood response & recovery.  She is an effective project manager having executed many large-scale multi-disciplinary engineering planning projects.  She is a well-known collaborator and an even better communicator.
