Erica Ellis is a Principal and Water Resources Sector Leader at KWL.  As a fluvial geomorphologist, she has dedicated her career to the practical application of science in environmental management.  With a specialization in creek and river morphology, hydrology, hydraulics, and sediment management, Erica has been instrumental in shaping projects and policies that align with sustainable practices.

Since joining KWL in 2005, Erica’s contributions have extended beyond her technical expertise.

Her leadership, collaboration, and strong desire to achieve actionable solutions have influenced various projects, promoting interdisciplinary approaches that solve complex environmental challenges.  Her progression to a principal position is a testament to her unique blend of technical understanding, project management, and people skills.
