Stephen Mills

Stephen Mills is a Professional Engineer registered in British Columbia with 10 years of experience, primarily in the design and development of hydro projects.

Steve was the Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for design and construction of the Cypress Creek Hydroelectric Project.  He had responsibility for design and tendering of all facilities.  This included co-ordination of electrical, mechanical, geotechnical and structural work.  As Owner’s representative, Steve was responsible for contract administration, scheduling, co-ordination of contractors, permitting, contact with regulatory agencies and managing the construction inspection program.

Other hydro projects Steve has been involved with include Patricia Creek, Tyson Creek, Skookum Creek, Atlin Hydro and Barr Creek projects.  He has completed dozens of feasibility assessments for hydro projects and pumped storage projects within British Columbia and the Yukon.
