KWL’s John Hart made a presentation at the Water Environment Federation’s 2011 annual conference in Los Angeles, California.  It describes the planning and implementation of a district energy-sharing system that extracts heat energy from the treated wastewater effluent to heat the Whistler Athletes’ Village.
